Why snap?

I have always loved teaching, and for many years the classroom was my home. Watching children discover their strengths and overcome challenges gave me purpose every single day. Yet I began to feel that my reach was limited to the few students in front of me, while so many others needed support.

That realization led me to take a leap of faith: I left the career I adored to start a woodworking business dedicated to creating tools and resources for occupational therapists, play therapists, and parents of children with ADHD, autism, and other learning difficulties.

It wasn’t an easy decision—walking away from something safe and familiar never is—but my heart told me that if I could design materials that help children learn and grow, I could touch far more lives than I ever could in one classroom. When asked why I would risk everything for a business that might fail, my answer is simple: because I can reach more children than I ever could in my class.

If I don’t step in, who will? Every piece I craft is born from that conviction, blending creativity with compassion, and carrying the hope that it will make a difference in a child’s journey.
